What is the Payment Terms?
In general, there are three payment ways for your choice.
1. Order total amount less than USD 10,000, full payment in advance.
2. If ship by vessel and order total amount reach or more than USD 10,000, 30% T/T
    immediately order confirmed, balance to be cleared within 7 working days after receiving
    the copy of B/L.
3. If ship by air and order total amount reach or more than USD 10,000, 30% T/T
    immediately order confirmed, balance to be cleared before shipment.
What about Delivery Time?
Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season.
FOBfuzhou.com usually makes delivery for samples in 3-10 days, make delivery for
production in 15-35 days after receiving down payment or irrevocable L/C at sight after
order and samples approval.
Can you accept OEM/ODM business?
Yes, on most occasions FOBfuzhou.com make production according to your design and
request. FOBfuzhou.com also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand
or labels.
Can I ask Special Packing?
Yes, FOBfuzhou.com is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra
packing charge.
Can I order samples?
Yes, you can order samples for evaluation, but we will charge sample fee and shipping cost.
Can you send me a catalogue?
As we update products every day, so at present we have not printed catalogue.
What is the price FOB China?
FOB means Free On Board, only for product price, it does not include shipping cost,
insurance and import duty at your end.
How to arrange Shipping?
You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder
agent in China before production completion, or you can ask FOBfuzhou.com to arrange
shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before shipping.
How to cover Insurance?
If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask
FOBfuzhou.com to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before
shipping.
I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
We have more than 10,000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them
online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed
specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information as per your
preference.
What kind of currency can you accept?
At present, we only accept US Dollar and Euro, You can get price of each item online in the
two currency online.
What country can you arrange shipping to?
We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address.
Which air courier company do you use?

We use DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, as our air courier.



Can you deliver my sample using my courier account?

This is an available option as you like.
